Ian Murray

Born in Lancashire but spent most of working life in London and with a period of 8 years living and working in Australia. Holds a degree in Engineering from Nottingham University and is a qualified London Blue Badge Guide and a Member of the Institute of Tourist Guiding.

For 26 years worked for Mobil Oil Co. and ExxonMobil, in various marketing roles and for many years involved in the supply of oil products to Shipping in the busy London market.

Having travelled widely in the UK and Europe, has an extensive knowledge of the region and an excellent ability in the French language.

Jo Broadey

Born in Kent and raised in Sussex. Bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology from Nottingham University and Masters from Sussex University. Career of 30 years in the Health Services of both Australia and UK.

Having a long term interest in the history of Britain, is now working in tourism. A qualified Blue Badge Guide and Member of the Institute of Tourist Guiding, with an extensive knowledge of the history of Britain and Europe as well as art, theatre, stately homes and gardens.

Widely travelled in the far East with an in depth knowledge of Italy, Spain and France and fluency in French.
