1. Insurance
As registered and approved Driver Guides, all vehicles used are
licensed and fully insured in line with all the appropriate regulatory
authorities. Clients are advised to hold their own Holiday Travel
Insurance policies to cover any medical claims or luggage losses
etc.
2. Extra Charges
All prices given are based on time and/or distance covered. Any
alterations or amendments to the itineraries given may incur extra
charges. For example - extra hours will be charged at £43/hour
and extra miles at £1.10/mile.
For individually designed tours,
there may be additional charges for planning time, but this would
be discussed at the time of booking.
3. Payment
Payment should be made in £ Sterling -
- 10% due for advance booking confirmation
- Full payment due 28 days before commencement of holiday
All usual payment methods are acceptable and Visa and Mastercards
are also accepted.
4. Cancellation Charges
Above 14 days - full refund less any charges or expenses incurred
up to that point.
Less than 14 days - 50% refund less any charges or expenses incurred
up to that point.
